With customized programs designed just for you, I assess your movement patterns and your current fitness level and regimen. Any previous injuries or mobility issues will be addressed and programmed into your new workout routine. You will be able to utilize this knowledge for life!

Small Group Training

Would you and some friends like to get together and have some fun sweating? Instead of consuming empty calories, let's BURN them! Add some muscle and tone all while torching calories and socializing.

Small groups can be 2-8 people and you’ll get all the guidance, attention to detail and personalization while sharing the cost!

Nutrition

Proper nutrition is the key to staying healthy and fit. However, life is also about enjoying food and drink. You may have heard the cliché ‘Life is all about balance’.. and it’s mostly true! Behavior and food selection need to be realistic and a balance to YOUR life. The foundation is your mindset and your perception of your food choices. Believe it or not, you do have a relationship with the food you consume! Let’s improve that relationship (remove the guilt) and behavior around food to keep you on the right track with your fitness goals!

Hi, I’m Gin!

I genuinely have a passion to educate people about their bodies.  A replica of our bodies does not exist nor should an exercise program. Both nature and nurture play a very large role in what we have become, as well as what we are capable of. This does not mean you can’t re-educate, learn, and continue growing! One thing for sure, is that our bodies were designed to move, jump and PLAY!  It was not designed to sit all day. 

With that being said, time is often a limiting factor. Fitness and wellness is supposed to be fun, to make you feel better, not feel like a chore. My goal is to teach you how to fall in love with exercise and how to adapt it into your busy lifestyle if it is not already implemented.  

If you are a seasoned athlete or gym goer, programs often get boring and stale. Frankly, they stop producing results! Material possessions in our lives, like our vehicles, home décor, and even clothing can get boring! Workouts are the same! Is your workout no longer bringing value or happiness into your life?  Has your strength improved or stalled? Are you achieving the body and leanness that you desire? I’m here to help.  It's time to get your workout reconstructed!

With over 20 years of experience, there aren’t many I haven’t worked with. You name it, and I’ve trained them!  From persons with Scoliosis, Parkinson’s, MS, and Diabetes to our Silicon Valley tech starters, CEO’s and celebrities. I’ve also had the opportunity to train many sport specific athletes such as bikini competitors, dressage riders, race car drivers and figure skaters to name a few.  Any underwater hockey players out there for me to train?
